Free Shipping
ROBAM offers free standard shipping on all orders within the Continental United States. We're committed to getting your kitchen appliances to your doorstep quickly and safely — at no extra cost.
- Free shipping applies to all products ordered through https://robamliving.com/.
- Sorry, free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands at this time. Please contact us at 866-676-2268 for a shipping quote to these locations.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
ROBAM uses two shipping methods depending on the size and type of product:
Parcel Shipping (Small/Medium Products):
- Products: Range Hoods, Countertop Ovens, Cooktops, Parts & Accessories
- Carrier: UPS / FedEx
- Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days after shipment
- Tracking: Full tracking provided via email
Freight / LTL Shipping (Large Products):
- Products: Ranges (Dual Fuel), Built-In Ovens, Dishwashers, Steam Ovens
- Carrier: Specialized freight carrier
- Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days after shipment
- Delivery Type: Curbside delivery (driver will deliver to the nearest ground-level entrance)
- Tracking: Freight tracking number provided; carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. ROBAM is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Freight Delivery — What to Expect
For large appliances shipped via freight, here's what you need to know:
- Scheduling: The freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure your contact number is accurate at checkout.
- Curbside Delivery: The driver will bring the product to your curbside or garage. Freight delivery does not include in-home placement, unpacking, or installation.
- Inspection at Delivery: Before signing, carefully inspect all packages for visible damage. If you notice damage, write "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at 866-676-2268.
- Refuse Severely Damaged Shipments: If the package is severely damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify us right away. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
- Someone Must Be Present: An adult (18+) must be available at the delivery address to sign for the shipment.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following areas:
- Continental United States (48 states): Free standard shipping on all orders
- Alaska & Hawaii: Available for select products. Additional shipping charges apply. Contact us for a quote.
- Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands: Available for select products. Additional shipping charges apply. Contact us for a quote.
- P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses due to the size and weight of our products.
- International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. For international inquiries, please contact us at usa@robam.com.
Order Tracking
Stay informed every step of the way:
- Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
- For parcel shipments (UPS/FedEx), you can track directly on the carrier's website.
- For freight shipments, the carrier will call you to arrange a delivery appointment. If you haven't heard from the carrier within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us.
- You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account at https://robamliving.com/ or by contacting us at 866-676-2268.
Missing or Lost Packages
- If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors, your building management, or any safe/hidden delivery spots around your property.
- If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 48 hours at 866-676-2268. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- For freight deliveries, if the carrier fails to contact you within 7 business days, please reach out to us and we will follow up on your behalf.
Important Shipping Information
Shipping Restrictions
- Some oversized products may have limited shipping options depending on your delivery address.
- ROBAM reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping method for each order based on product type, size, and destination.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
- Certain products may be subject to additional carrier surcharges for remote or hard-to-access delivery locations. We will notify you before processing your order if additional charges apply.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
- ROBAM is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at 866-676-2268. We can only update the address before the order has shipped.
- Address changes after shipment may result in additional shipping charges or delays.
