Product Return Process
Items purchased through https://robamliving.com/ can be returned within 14 days after delivery as long as they remain unused and have not been installed. Every return is subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
To get started, reach out to us at 866-676-2268 and have your order number or the product's serial number ready. Once we verify your purchase, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label to your email. After the returned product arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
The restocking fee depends on how the item was shipped and the type of product:
- Parcel shipments (eg: Range Hoods, Countertop Oven, Cooktops): 15% restocking fee
- Freight shipments (eg: Range, Built-In Ovens, Dishwasher): 20% restocking fee
All returned products must be in brand-new, original condition.
Parts & Accessories Return Process
You must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving the parts or accessories. Please contact us at 866-676-2268 with your order number or the product's serial number ready.
For select parts and accessories, the return process may require you to destroy the item instead of shipping it back, and a 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive the returned item and your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Please keep in mind that any shipping charges originally paid for parts and accessories are non-refundable.
Before You Return
- Our return policy is valid exclusively for orders placed on https://robamliving.com/. If you made your purchase through a different seller, please reach out to that retailer directly for their return process.
- We are unable to accept returns on any product that has been used, installed, or is a refurbished unit. To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand-new, unused condition and must not show any signs of installation.
- Please note that all delivery and installation charges are final and cannot be refunded.
- If the return window for your order has already expired, you may still contact us at 866-676-2268 for warranty or repair options. Additional charges may be required for such services.
- We reserve the right to decline any refund or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this Return Policy.
Shipping Damage & Quality Issues
- Please report any shipping or delivery damage within 14 calendar days by calling 866-676-2268. Whenever the carrier allows, we recommend writing "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt before signing. If the shipment is severely damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
- If you discover missing or damaged parts after you have accepted the delivery, contact us within 48 hours to file a claim. We can either ship replacement parts at no charge or arrange an exchange for the entire damaged unit.
- Never install a product that shows signs of damage. Instead, call us at 866-676-2268 for guidance on next steps. Exchanges are processed with no additional delivery or service fees, and the item must remain unused and uninstalled. We also offer repair services — simply call us at the same number for assistance.

14-Day Price Guarantee
At Robam, we want you to shop with confidence knowing you're getting a fair deal. Once your order is delivered, you're automatically covered by our 14-Day Price Guarantee.
If you find a lower price online for the exact same model (must be identical in model number) from another authorized U.S. retailer, and the item is in stock, we'll be glad to match that price — provided the offer is legitimate and we are able to verify it. This price match promise applies exclusively to purchases made directly through Robam's official website. Orders fulfilled through other dealers, retailers, or third-party channels are not eligible.
Robam reserves the right to decline any price match request at our discretion, particularly if we have reasonable grounds to question the authenticity of the pricing or if we cannot properly confirm the retailer and the advertised price.
To request a price match, simply reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. After your request has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund for the price difference back to your credit card. Please allow 3–7 business days for the credit to appear.
What Is Not Covered
Our 14-Day Price Guarantee does not apply to the following situations:
- Prices offered by online retailers that do not appear on our website's Authorized Online Dealer list.
- Items sold or fulfilled by third-party sellers on any online marketplace or website.
- Discounts that are only available to specific customer segments, such as membership program pricing, loyalty rewards, mail-in rebates, discounts tied to paid club or non-warehouse memberships, and pricing from government exchange stores.
- Any other special or promotional offers, including but not limited to: financing plans, bundle deals and individual items within a bundle, subscription services, free gifts, pricing mistakes, coupon-based discounts, limited-quantity promotions, out-of-stock or clearance items, open-box, refurbished, or pre-owned merchandise, credit card or gift card promotions (including items received through gift card offers), as well as time-sensitive sales like Deal of the Day, Best Deal, Lightning Deals, and similar events.
