I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of this range hood. The power is incredibly strong and efficient, and it has surpassed the performance of all other brands I have tried. What's even better is the exceptional customer service provided by the manufacturer. They respond quickly and have easily resolved any concerns or issues I've had. I highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for a new range hood, especially those who frequently stir-fry.

I used for 3 year. I dont have much experience with range hood. but the one i got after 3 year the grease got in to two arms so it make squeaky sound when it open and close. it will be nice if company tell you how clean it. Excellent representative Jackie gave me advises how to maintain the range hood which I will be try this weekend.

This is a strong range hood. I would have given five stars, but give four because the turbo mode only lasts 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the speed goes down to the default speed, which is the mid-speed. I would hope future versions would have more speed options. (I see that the latest 36 inch hoods they offer have four speeds. I would hope that the new modes speeds maintain the speed for however long one wants.

Also, I would prefer to have the automatic shut off timer to be longer. I have an old Accela with four speeds, and the timed shut off is 15 minutes. A longer option of 10 or 15 minutes would be nice.
